The latest Di-Struct project meeting brought together all partners to align on the final steps of development, feedback integration, dissemination and sustainability efforts.
The meeting, held on the 18th and on the 19th of March, focused on two main areas:
- the refinement of the WP4 guidelines and tools
- the ongoing communication and impact strategies outlined in WP5.
The WP4 session was centered around analyzing extensive feedback collected from practitioners through a collaborative Miro Board. A total of 62 comments were categorized into key themes: content suggestions, format and structure, interactivity and engagement, positive feedback requiring no change, and other observations.
After a thorough review, the consortium agreed on a set of updates to enhance the usability and clarity of the guidelines.
Partners are now translating the guidelines in their national languages in order to make it easier to teachers discovery of the content.
The session on WP5 revisited the dissemination and exploitation strategy, including a review of key indicators, website updates and discussion on the upcoming Multiplier Events in all countries involved which aim in spreading the Di-struct project results.
Moreover, to ensure the project’s sustainability, several forward-looking initiatives are in motion:
- CMA will draft a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to solidify post-project collaboration and promote results at major conferences, including the EfVET Annual Conference.
- Ongoing coordination: Bi-annual online meetings will be scheduled to maintain momentum and support continued use of project outputs.
The Di-Struct consortium remains committed to maximizing the impact of its work through strategic updates, multilingual accessibility and active stakeholder engagement.
